The morning was a bit scattered because of the way the zoom rooms were set up. It might have been better to see reports before having to write them. However, the afternoon was very useful

A very informative and well delivered course which has certainly increased my confidence around the topics covered.

Good pack of information to go through,

The Accident and Investigation course was challenging yet engaging. It delivered valuable information in a way that promoted learning. The instructor's excellent communication made the content clear and relatable, using practical examples to enhance understanding.

The course encouraged us to participate actively through group exercises, which kept everyone engaged and supported our shared learning. Overall, it was an excellent training experience. The Accident and Investigation course was informative and well presented. Richard Jones clearly explained complex topics, making them easy to understand. Role plays, particularly Paul Moore's portrayal of the injured person, added realism to the training. The course encouraged active participation through group exercises, ensuring everyone remained engaged. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Some slides where a bit blurry. Otherwise very fantastic session.

I really enjoyed this training session it was it was informative, insightful, some great examples used when explaining with history references. The lesson was interactive to keep focus and flowed well. Based on what I've learnt about personality types I will now adapt my approach to different customers to build better relationships to aid with negotiations and try to bring in bits that we learnt about today also into my personal life.
