Great session and very informative

Course was refreshing,, learnt about different aspects of negotiation. Would be handy if we could have some sort of power point from the training.

The course was good. But It would probably have been better that we were advised about the Manual in advance. It was a lot of back and forth with the assessment sheets etc. I might have preferred to print out those along with case examples ahead of the course, if warned.

Better IT support in chat would have made the course run a little smoother, we couldn't share files between delegates, only with the course convenor. I think better preparation and a bit more time to write a report would have been helpful

Really enjoyed the course and the experience and knowledge of the trainer came through in how it was delivered
