I found the course useful and appreciated the opportunity to attend. However, I had expected a greater emphasis on practical report writing and a more detailed exploration of report templates and structure. I felt that additional time dedicated to understanding how to improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of report writing would have been particularly valuable. More worked examples and detailed discussion around the report-writing process would further enhance the course and make it even more beneficial for participants.”

Really well delivered, easy to follow. Entertaining and enjoyable. Good course materials. Access to the hub easy but a few technical issues but on the whole really easy to follow and access.

Liane is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and informal. She really made us feel welcome and had a fantastic teaching style throughout. I really enjoyed a training I actually thought would be really boring. Bravo
