This course was extremely useful as it is something that we have not learnt before but desperately needed to know about before having to give evidence. I liked the interactive format as I take more in and recall things better that way. I feel much better prepared for giving evidence in court after having attended this course, now I just need to improve my skills by putting what I have learnt into practice.

I really appreciated how engaging the activities were and how real life scenarios made the concepts easier to understand and apply. What I found particularly helpful was how you broke down the personality types and how the impact negotiation. Overall, it was a valuable session and gave me practical tool I can use in my role.
