A study of DVSA procedure would improve the course even more

Course was tailored to criminal law but my role works on administrative law. There are some differences that were not covered. Otherwise very worthwhile.

Although most of the delegates were from the MOT side of DVSA, there were some from the Commercial Vehicle side, i.e. tachographs, drivers hours etc.

Really interesting topic and course which was engaging

Very good course delivered at the right pace. Although I deal with more the MOT disciplinary scheme in admin law, rather than criminal law, it was very useful. Would have liked this course 20 years ago, but glad we have benefited from it now. Thank you

Overall the course gave an insight into more complex prosecution cases. I primarily normally work on admin law casework but some cases transcend both areas. I feel that using the checklists may help with the overall decision process.

Kelly was a brilliant trainer across the two days - great energy, engaging and really took the time to apply the learning to the various roles of those attending the course. I enjoyed the cross examining exercise at the end - excellent practice and good opportunity to observe in how to deal with difficult scenarios.
