Amazing course really enjoyed it, cant reccomend the tutor enough, engaged and passionate the whole way through :)

The course provided a good foundation on mental health first aid and a good insight into different mental health conditions but it would be better If it were longer to allow for more in depth disscusion due to the nature of the topics involved as it felt rushed at times

Very good course to do as can be used in workplace or in home life . Very good trainer

Keith was excellent and the group also. I learnt something from all participants which Keith enabled and promoted. Having just finished an SIA course I'm really glad I did this also, continued learning throughout.
