Great course , venue and trainer

The class was very interesting and interactive, I was able to share my experiences and gain from other people's experiences. The trainer was able to carry everyone along in her teaching thereby making the class interesting and everyone participated accordingly.

Trevor and Alan are two excellent tutors and always want the best for you. The two nicest people you'll ever come across. They gave us very detailed information on how to answer the questions and general information we need to know. I would highly recommend doing this course.

The room was a little tight but comfortable and warm. Overall the course was very good the only thing I would pickup on would have to be that there was no health and safety brief given at the start of the course. No fire drill was explained. Where do we go in case of fire who would read out the assembly register to confirm we were all present. Apart from that it was a well delivered course from both Alan Donnelly and Trevor Hardman. Thankyou
