The learning has been great. Angela has been very Patience with me and explain everything in a good way when i have been needed help. Its been enough time on every module so I havn't felt stressed. An overall very good experience. Thanks so much!

I feel like I'm settling into the course after a few initial stumbles. Dan has really helped me get back on track.

Anu was a great tutor that cleared up any questions and made us think on subjects and issues. The only issue I had with the course was the workbooks. They have been written in a way that is not clear and is over ambiguous and open ended that it makes it difficult to answer.

I Enjoyed taking part in this course, and id highly reccomend to others also looking to further there personal development and job searching. however the workbook questions need some work. some of them didnt even have a question mark. and the ones that did read more like a statement rather than a question. thanks

If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.
