I found this course to be very helpful and handy in regards to the workplace . I along with the rest of the class have learnt about rules and regulations, different rights and health and safety acts . I am now Futher confident on what to expect when starting a new job and how my attitude is to be expected by the employer . This was all thanks to our trainer Baz who has a very unique way to teach which made the course fun and intriguing .

I have gained more knowledge and skills on my rights and responsibilities at work, and handling of goods and equipments in the logistic environment. I am glad to attend this training.

I have found this first session very useful as I have learnt about things I never knew. I have had issues in using the word documents and had to use my phone to fill out the quiz due to this issue. I will ensure that I have downloaded word onto my computer for my next session as it is difficult to use a mobile to complete tasks or quizes.
