The webinar gave a clear understanding of what level 3 is about. But since im a bit of a slower learner and takes time for me to understand some stuff I was still a bit confused towards the end.

I felt that the course was a great extension of the information and knowledge that I already have, but we were only able to get to slide 30 out of 45.

Overall I found today's session to be vert enjoyable and productive. Everything was very well organised and easy to follow.

Mark did provide an outstanding course with a lot of examples and fun included. I did gain more knowledge on how to be a good bus driver and how to make my and my customers' journey safer. So thank you, Mark, for pointing me in the right direction.

Has this is close to home to me it has really helped to talk share and understand mental health and to find out much more support out there for themselves and family members dealing with mental health

Thoroughly enjoyed this course found it so interesting. Learned an awful lot of information. So hopefully I can carry this on and use it in my future career
