I knew very little about customer services. At the beginning. And now I understand better.and also road signs. Iv got a better perspective of the job as a driver of public transport. Good course

Really good session, good interaction with other tutors, Jinienei is really good, she has lots of knowledge and is very well prepared for our sessions, nothing is to much trouble and she will go back over anything we haven't understood.
