If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.

Yorkshire and the Humber

In general I found the course helpful and I have enjoyed doing the learning. Neil made it easy to understand and fun. He explained things carefully so I could understand fully. He went over things I didn't get first time and supported me while I practise. Venue was easy to find and travel to.
