We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.

Leeanne as usual is very helpful always there when we need her.

I find the course engaging and am eager to expand my knowledge.
