i am really enjoying learning new things

Today's lesson was very interesting, I find out a lot of information that can help me to understand customers more to give them better customer service.

I am thoroughly enjoying the course and feel I'm improving under Georgina's tutorage

Would be a good idea if we could see a actual bus to learn in

I now have greater respect for drivers and greater awareness of driver knowledge. Amanda was very approachable and genuine and gave the course material the human touch.
