I had a good day with the trainer today.. everything was great.. the communication between others and trainers are well performed even though we do it as online

I feel really comfortable with the sessions and get a lot of additional support from Paula, she could not support me anymore than she does and I feel very grateful for this.

Loved doing the course so far, trainer is friendly and makes the information accessible.
