Am finding the course very enlightening and understanding more each session

Don is excellent teacher and I learned so many new things

Very well preparedd course, lot of information, Amanda was very polite and answer all questions. She have a patience to us when she answering our questions while we wrong read questions on our topics.

We had best trainer she was lovely and on point she was very experienced in bus industry,

Donna is an excellent trainer and very friendly and welcoming.
