The course was very informative, and I learned a lot from it. Danielle is a really lovely person and a great trainer. She is very warm and welcoming, her style of delivery of the subject matter is very engaging, and she has a good sense of humour too. I know I will now be more confident in my knowledge and skills going forward. Thank you!

This is a excellent course, with a excellent tutor as well as being very indepth too. It's been a fantastic opportunity and I feel I have learnt so much in a short period of time but with a high understanding in all areas within this role. I am very excited to be progressing on to level 2 and also the opportunity of employment and to keep moving forward with any additional courses in the very near future.

Ryan delivered the course very well, he made it simple so it could be understood by everybody. It helped me to reconnect with old skills
