The trainers were really friendly and enthusiastic. Course was enjoyable, and they had the participants really involved throughout the 2 days.

I loved the sessions. I learnt alot of skills without even realising it. The trainers were great. I enjoyed everything about these sessions

An enjoyable safe space for learning, very interactive which I feel I learn more from this approach. I feel that there is a multiply champion in all of us :)

I will use the information I have been given today for preparation of my English exam. I will look up articles and the lay out of letters.

With having a disability of being partially deaf I sometimes struggle with background noise, although the trainer came across clear.
