It was a relaxed friendly environment and was nervous prior but felt at ease whilst in the zoom meeting the trainer was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer question I asked

The introductory and teaching of the course conducted by the institution and the delivery from the instructor was great he will teach you into details until you get it, Instructor Don was amazing.

Course is very challenging, interesting, learning alot about the Bus and Coach industry, for me the braking system on heavy goods vehicles as absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for our “GURU” DON, I don’t think I would have passed, he is the Best!!! Thanks a million Don, 👍we remain at your Disposal kind Sir 🫡
