Great course but venue could have been better size wise.

More time is needed. Slow the course down at certain intervals everything either felt rushed or at a complete standstill.

I find it very useful and helpful.

all the session was really good but I felt it too heavy. As English is not my first language, doing the whole day of just English it was a bit too much but Dwight Noel managed really good the day. Thank you

After this course, i have more understanding about customer service and more confidence to looking for jobs in this area.

When you send the email on the location please be clear and the name of the location not just the street because I got lost the first day and almost didn’t attend because I was walking around for an hour. Other than that the course was great and super easy to understand, our tutor was exceptional and it felt really engaging.

Nikki was amazing made us all laugh really bright 🌞 always put a smile on my face
