The course content was organised and well delivered. Both John and Andy were very patient and have a lot of experience, they are very knowledge about the job role and the industry. The teaching were very in-depth , interactive and test questions were discussed with real world scenarios and examples. Overall I think the course was well put together and delivered. I must also make mention of John Ball who covered the initial week, his knowledgeable lectures was very good and professionally delivered. I would do it all over again.

Jen is a brilliant teacher she is very patient and gives clear instructions she has given plenty of knowledge and it's been great learning from her she is fabulous.

Thank you to Angela for an amazing teaching skills, she is very talanted and I learned a lot and using my skillls not only at work but in everyday situations.

I really enjoyed the course which is not like me, I did engauge in conversation quite a bit which also surprised me, but when it came to writing I did struggled. I could have done with abit more support due to being dyslexic.

Rizwan has a great way of explaining things well and relating it to our own organisations to give us better understanding. He gives good examples to allow us to understand the topic more. I have become much more confident in myself and my course since Rizwan has taken over our cohort. I cant thank him enough for the guidance he has given me in a short space of time. I am really grateful.

As I've said previously, Andy is a brilliant trainer and has made the session very enjoyable.

It has been a good experience till now. I have learnt quite a lot which i had been struggling with in past.

I have been able to improve my knowledge of punctuation and spelling and identify were to include full stops and commas.
