Overall the session was very informative and engaging. It gave a clear understanding of the role of a support worker in schools and colleges. The tutor explained everything clearly, and the activities helped build confidence and understanding.

Absolutely fantastic educator, very empathetic and wise, her courage and wisdom is seen and acknowledged. I have never come across such a gentle and passionate soul, really appreciate the effort that is put into teaching, guiding and educating us!

The lack of correct information before starting dates, times, site was a big mix up leading to much confusion as everything was different. Our tutor has been amazing, a great course presentation and very helpful throughout. Met some lovely people during the course.
