I enjoyed learning how to be a door supervisor and how to deal with certain situations.

The course was very good and the tutor was well prepared

I had a good time whilst learning. And the tutor was very prepared for us and reassured us and we passed!

I enjoyed todays session and i have learnt more about my roles and responabilities, the trainer was well prepared and if i was unsure of anything he would explain more for me and he had good knowledge.
