Really enjoyed this course as it’s given me knowledge on what signs to look for in individuals and how to help in a crisis.

Good delivery of the course and overall knowledge gained was good. Made me more aware of how to deal with situations and made me think more about the approach to mental health in general.

I liked doing the course and hopes it helps me in the future with new jobs if needed
