Great clarification, a good pace, very easy to understand the explanations.

I really enjoy course, I learn a lot new things and it was nice to meet such a good tutor and course members

Amazing way to deal with mental health

It was probably a more interactive session working 1:1 with Lucy and learning more about her experiences and really pushed me to constantly engage and share my thoughts but I often feel that hearing about others experiences helps too. Smaller sessions with 2 or 3 people seem to work best and tutors should call upon different people to engage and share, That's what we signed up for.

Enjoyed the course despite being familiar with the majority of what was being taught. Being pushed into a group dynamic has given me a confidence boost
