Maybe better to have courses for people at different levels of understanding.

I thoroughly enjoyed today's session and it certainly helped me to reflect on certain aspects of my role. In particular, I am looking forward to trying the Eisenhower matrix to see if this way of working improves my time management and stops me from feeling so overwhelmed.

Venue can be noisy and distracting.
