I feel like Danielle was extremely well organised and delivered the sessions in a way that was engaging and easy to understand she provided all content from YouTube videos on the WhatsApp group so we could go back and rewatch if needed. Danielle provided advice and knowledge which I will be able to take forward into my future roles with a school environment. Thank you Danielle.

Really enjoyed this session and found it very useful in terms of starting a bit of an action plan.

Would have loved more information on possible situations, how to de-escalate someone in crisis mode, technics on helping individuals with SEND. The course was quite repetitive but overall very much enjoyed it and it's wasn't complicated to complete. You do gain lots of knowledge that will be useful for the future

Trevor Hardman is a brilliant tutor, he makes the lessons informative yet keeps interested. I felt I could engage in the course more effectively due to the friendly environment. Overall I enjoyed this course and learned a lot.
