The course was fantastic but I think it were mainly to do with Nikki she has been excellent and helped us all get through and made the lessons enjoyable, she is firm but fair. Im staying to do the SEND because it is nikki teaching it she is very patient and calm and also funny .

Great amount of knowledge delivered on a steady pace without hassle and digital books help saving the environment and improving the digital skills at the same time

Overall I really enjoyed the course it has really improved my knowledge and the tutor was really good his way of presenting the subjects has helped improve my knowledge a lot

The course was good. It had a lot of information. The instructor was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry and helped me to gain a lot of confidence in what I learned. I hope I will be able to put this knowledge to good use , when I'm qualified and able to find employment.

Tara Is an amazing tutor, she is informative, explains things well, encouraging, supporting, positive. in all my years of education i have never had a tutor quite like Tara! it would be great to see Tara's hard work in supporting her learners been acknowledged.

Being the only woman in the group Chris made me feel welcome and apart of the group. I really appreciate the help and support with coming out of my shell. The course has been knowledgeable and I’ve learnt a lot over the last couple weeks. Beth and Kerry also have both been helpful and supportive.

I personally found the staff very knowledgeable. Chris was very down to earth reasonable and informative. I have found his learning style very helpful and thank him for his effort over the last three weeks.
