Jayne was amazing helping us understand both individually and as a group to ensure we all understood what we was learning, giving us lots of examples of how different situations will apply in real work life
It was a good session I have worked in care since 2007 it’s a good reminder of health and safety update good reminder of risk assessment and policies and responsibilities. I would like to know next training session that we do how long sessions are to plan ahead
The lesson was very informative and well organised. Jayne explained everything clearly, was supportive and made sure everyone understood the topics. I really appreciate the time and effort Jayne puts into helping us learn and feel confident. I also believe Jayne deserves a pay rise in recognition of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to support everyone on the course.
The course was very informative, both tutors were approachable and built confidence in students. Jayne in particular had very useful working knowledge and tips to share.
