I thought the training went well, Leah used a nice pace throughout and this allowed me to take notes without feeling rushed. The break out rooms where good because it was in pairs which allowed more meaningful conservations. There was enough interactions which was allowed through chat box and verbally without any pressure to speak up.

This session was really helpful to understand how we can all make sure we are creating robust objectives with and for our learners. Using discussions with both learner and Manager to gauge what these are and what they need more support with. The use of transcript for the whole meeting and ensuring to attach the evidence from discussion points and feedback from the employer if they are unable to join in with the review. Thank you Leah, was really engaging and helpful!! Well done! :)
