Wayne is an outstanding trainer. He creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to share and ask questions. His passion, experience, and examples made the content easy to understand and very meaningful. Wayne took the time to support each learner individually, making sure everyone felt heard and understood. I have gained valuable knowledge and feel much more confident. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

AS always the teacher was well prepared and gave a great insight on the learning subject. They highlighted key points that as an individual you know but not always recognise as important but during this course you can see the impact work and home life have on your self and how this can affect your practice. The teacher was as always, an active listener, patient and promoting our self learning by asking us to explain our findings and meaning during the group discussion. I always feel that my knowledge and understanding has been widened and i always come away feeling that i have gained new knowledge
