Great lesson

I enjoyed the course and I'm looking forward to my next one. My only issue was the room we were in could be very cold and the porta loo's weren't always left in best condition by the builders.

Good communication.well adversed in the subject matter.. without feeling self conscious. Being part of a group session.

Thought the course covered many areas which I didn't know about. The building was warm and comfortable to work in.

Great course with a very knowledgeable tutor who used a great presentation style and pace to make sure the information was completely understood.

Find it much easier going on the webinars rather than following the skillsbuilder program. As you can ask questions and see where you are going wrong.
