Found this course very useful in the sense of giving different leadership styles which I can implement myself in practise. I found it very descriptive and feel as though I have gained more confidence implementing these styles. This was very useful to me as a room lead with two very different apprentices. The breakout rooms were nice for speaking to people about ideas and sharing thoughts, as well as discussing how we would deal with scenarios in practice.

Response: Hi Tina, Yes I totally agree with the length and we will be shortening these to 3 hours over the next couple of month. Difficult to decide what to remove and what to keep. Hope you found it manageable to take more frequent breaks and not lose the thread of discussion. Kind regards, Mandie
