Yes I enjoyed the course

It was really a good course. I learned alot about customer service. It was my first time learning these things and it was sort of fun , especially tutor was quiet helpful which made everything much easy.

This course was brilliant and our tutor Jo was fantastic! The room we were in was brilliant with our own little kitchen and toilet facilities and the whole group got on so well! We’ve all said we’ll stay in touch. I feel like I learnt a lot from this course and I’m really happy I’ve done it. Thank you!

I would really like to do the Level 2/3 SEND qualification.

Jo has a very personal and approachable teaching style which made the course easy to digest. Technology could be used more if it worked/the venue had wifi. Many thanks
