Overall, today’s session provided valuable insights into the importance of supporting a child's physical and mental health. I found it particularly helpful to learn how small changes in nutrition, physical activity, and emotional support can make a big difference in a child's development. Understanding the concepts of self-regulation and co-regulation has also given me a deeper appreciation for the role of caregivers in guiding children's emotional growth. It was a productive session that reinforced how interconnected a child’s physical, emotional, and social well-being is.
