Overall I found this course to be a worthy and worthwhile endeavour for learners who need help with learning the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in a customer service role.
I think Liam was very organised and had everything in check, got his points across well and was always there to assist us when needed .
A lot of information to take in but John made it easier to understand if something needed explaing
I enjoyed the session today, it was good to learn about professional boundaries and also explore some of the children's legislation that I haven't had much to do with until now.
The skill builder is a little difficult when we are trying to improve.
This helped me update my knowledge on the course due to starting already a while ago.

I enjoyed learning/understanding about organisational environment with Clara today. It was explained in a very understandable way which made it much easier for me to understand the content that was being taught.
