Really nice welcoming atmosphere. Was nervous about the course before starting but quickly warmed up and engaged more. Learning felt easy and the information an the way it was taught made it easy to understand and remember.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They made the sessions engaging and easy to follow. They used real-life examples which helped us understand the job better. The course was well-structured and covered everything needed for the role. I enjoyed the mix of practical activities and theory.
