I have really enjoyed the course and Carrie was an excellent tutor and explained things very clearly.
overall leaned how to react and understand to control and defuse situations by delivering great customer service .
I will admit, after the first session. I felt naturally comfortable with everything involving the course and I am confident in there knowledge and experience. It has been a great experience and beyond interesting so far so therefore I have no complaints regarding my first impression.
