I’d like to give some positive feedback on our customer service training with Gail. She was an outstanding trainer—extremely informative, respectful, and engaging throughout the entire session. Gail created a welcoming environment for everyone and made sure to adapt the training to suit our individual learning needs. She incorporated a variety of methods, including group activities, which really helped reinforce the key concepts and kept the sessions interactive and enjoyable. Her approach showed genuine understanding of the subject and a real commitment to helping us succeed. A big thank you to Gail for delivering such a valuable and well-rounded training experience

I have enjoyed the course. I hadn’t used excel before and have learned more about it now. I have used word before on my previous course I did with realise but found things that I didn’t know. So all round it was a good course to join.
