Strength: The checklists and templates provided immediate tools for real-world use. Suggestion: Add a 5-minute key takeaways recap at the end to reinforce learning.

Lessons has always been well presented and engaging with Daljit. Informative. Allows time for students to speak of personal experiences and ask questions. Would be interested in seeing other tools being used such as the polls.

So far I am enjoying online sessions find my tutor very welcoming and approachable. Gives me opportunity to learn from peers and their experiences

This course helped me understand my own mental health as well as others and has also motivated me to do more courses and further my knowledge and hopefully will lead to a career in this field.
