I have been on a few functional skills webinars and they've always been very informative and helpful to me.

The workshop was brilliant, I give it 4 out of 5 not because it lacked something but because I believe there's no room for improvement on anything that is given maximum marks. The workshop was very good I found nothing wrong about it.

More communication is necessary for me to complete this course

Although my teacher was very well versed in Teams Meetings and extremely helpful, we couldn't access the internet properly as the connection was so poor. This resulted in it taking a lot longer than anticipated. Considering this is an IT based course the internet definitely needs improving.
