The training session was well organised, engaging, and easy to follow. I gained more confidence in understanding my role in adult social care and learned important knowledge that I can apply in my workplace. The trainer was supportive and explained topics clearly.

I have learnt all sorts about different theorists it was so informative and Natalie was so lovely making sure that we all got to talk and be included and helped me understand more about what sorts of settings there can be in different nursery's
