Was a good laugh and ad insite in to the changes so I can do my job efficiently.

It was a informative session

The session was well planned and every slide linked into the last. The hole session brought what we had learnt together, the teacher was well prepared and showed understanding and knowledge in what they were saying. The teacher always refers back to what individuals had said, which i feels makes you feel included and valued. The teacher themselves, is a very good active listener and always shows appreciation of what you have contributed. The sessions are always inclusive, fun, informative and does not feel long, it flows very well, i always go away feeling that i have gained more knowledge in my understanding that i can take away and share with my team.

It was a very good course excellent instructor.

Really enjoyed level 1 and can’t wait to do level 2. Ellie is lovely!
