It's a good qualification to have a customer care service for future day to day activities when dealing with different people with different cultures.

The course was brilliant I picked up some bad habits over the years as a door supervisor and the course has made me realise this and I know now how to improve my roll in the organisation Keith burton was very helpful and explains everything properly and I will use his advice in the future.
