Great course, you learn alot. Adam the trainer is brilliant at his job and takes time you teach you and answers all questions asked. He's friendly and caring. The location center 63 is brilliant but being in the basement room isn't great. It's cold and we don't have boards or anything to look at or able to write on for group work.

Great course to refresh what we already do without thinking every day. Reminds us the importance of recording everything, and checking up to make sure things are carried out.

There was a lot of useful information included in the course

Was a bit confusing for m in the beginning because it is after more than 25 years in a classroom for a course but gradually I gained confidence.

Was good to get more information, I do summative and observations already but it was good to know why we do the things we do.
