The trainer, Rod, did a really good job of bringing the material alive and using life examples to help us consolidate our knowledge.
A worthwhile course, with a knowledgeable and communicative trainer.
A lot of content covered, well explained. Pacing of the delivery was very good.
The course came across very well. Everyone was impressed with Sarah as a trainer and found her to be very engaging and open. General consensus was that content was very good. Some candidates felt we could have gone further into report writing ; but I feel that would have needed a longer session. All round very pleased with the session provided.
Very helpful information and guidance
Tutor was great he tried to explain everything in as much detail as possible i felt he was really approachable and happy to take time to explain - i didn't like the virtual experience although as at times i felt i didn't want to ask questions to the whole team Darren did explain we could log on earlier and discuss however a few people did and then there was lots of questions for him. Darren was fab would really recommend him.

More time can be spent on different types of BI coverage scenarios and relative calculations.
Neil is an absolutely excellent tutor and presented a complicated topic in a very clear way. I think for Zoom a 3 hour session is quite a challenge in terms of focus so it might be worth thinking about the run time. Would be very happy to attend other training by Neil.
As I work in Real Estate, we tend to insure rent and/or service charge and do not really get involved with gross revenue and how it should be calculated. Therefore this section was not really relevant for me but took up a fair bit of time. For me personally, it would have been good to cover off some of the other sections in more detail, although I appreciate its hard to come up with a one size fits all session.
