ABSTRACT Reviews

Overall facilitators were great. Really open minded and encouraging interaction on what can be a sensitive topic for participants. Where I gave 4 stars for topics/ modules / its because I still need to think about them a bit and will take time to reflect over time. I think these are hard to do 100% right for a big group.

I have been able to reflect on what I do well, but now going forward I can see what I can improve. I'm looking forward to it.

Really engaging facilitation with the right mix of learning and proactive discussion and challenge to enable us as managers to put our learning into practice. Excellent trainers. Really enjoyable.

This was pitched at a good level as it succeeded in meeting the needs of delegates from different backgrounds. The facilitators avoided excessive jargon, were direct in approach and succeeded in maintaining focus through combination of energetic delivery and reflective approach.

I thought this course was really useful at making you think about what has made you the person you are today and how that impacts your work etc. Very thought provoking

Great course explained in a perfect way. Break out rooms are a great idea as well.
