A lot isn't partciularly new but a good reminder - and a new conrext post Covid hybrid working so changed circumstances. Good as a refresher and reminder on what makes godd and inclusive leadership.

Technology issues made this quite a tiring session - 2 and a half hours where I kept losing the screen and then couldn't see the content properly, plus feedback issues. Any chance we can use GoogleMeet instead of Zoom? Overall, I didn't feel very inspired - still a lot of words and a lack of bringing things to life by using examples. A lot of talking to listen to. Breakout rooms brought to an end very abruptly, interrupting people's conversations.

The practical steps/ideas that can be implemented were helpful. Not all the questions in the survey were clear - I can't recall the exact wording but the one about relationship with failure for example - I wasn't sure what was being asked.

Typical of these types of course, a lot of good work goes into creating them and the subject matter is so so important, but the need to cover lots of topics areas and the pressure of time means that I feel rushed. I don't feel that we are covering the subjects in enough depth.

An enjoyable course. Felt it might have been better if it was delivered in person.

Fine so far - however technical competence assumed of all group members which maybe was a mistake! In group breakaways - some members of the group sped along leaving others behind

A number of elements within the course were certainly thought provoking and I've found myself trying to apply and work on some of the points in my day to day work.

Apologies I missed Clay's session, so am unable to comment - sorry
