good introduction to the material, benefits from being run face to face.
Great look back on the progress I’ve made over the course. Kept me accountable and prompted me to action in order to progress my career.
I loved the course as it had the right content and was run very well. Most of such courses become too preachy but this was just right. Would congratulate Charlotte on this, it was a great cohort group as well. Have picked few learning items from here 😊
One of the better courses I've attended. The pace of the course was really good, it went quickly but I didn't feel like anything was rushed and nothing was too drawn out. The topic itself was really interesting and has made me reflect on how to make better use of judgement when making decisions
Challenging in a positive way and, as has been consistent with the previous course I attended, very thought provoking with ideas and actions I can take forward to support my development. Structure and order of the content really good and bringing it to the end objective on the 2nd session.
Great session, and appreciate the insight in how to maintain and garner more confidence.
The best courses I sit on have Lou and Jen running them. It’s a safe environment they creat. I have not enjoyed the modules they did not lead on, showing how much this matters.
Anne very engaging and inspiring as always. The whole course has been very insightful and has helped me work towards my personal career goals
Amazing course, It has genuinely changed my perspective on my career and given me greater insights on topics I never thought of before the programme.
