I got a lot out of the session. It was really good team interaction too. It really made me think of what I do and make me feel different about myself in a positive way. It was good to get feedback from my peers similar to my thoughts. I look forward to the next session. Thanks Charlotte and Paul.

Really enjoyed the course today. Thought Paul and Anne delivered it extremely well and brought up some interesting and thought provoking ideas, allowing area for challenge and discussion.

Well delivered and both Paul and Anne were lovely. I was only able to join for the afternoon as I was told on the day about the course however Anne gave me a very warm welcome and the afternoon session was very helpful and I took a lot away from it. It makes me sit back and think about things I do/say.
