Enjoyed the challenging coach/coachee game. Some questions/exercises challenged the participants throughout which kept it interesting

Overall a good course that acted as a good refresher, however a lot of the material we have covered previously in LBG. I feel that some elements needed longer to embed - a lot was covered in each 6 hour session and it is difficult to stay focused for this long - smaller, 3 hour sessions would have been better, allowing us to go away to embed what we had covered before moving onto the next session.

I would like Jen and Shona to give more personal examples of the subject areas to bring them to life. This would show their skills, knowledge and experience.

Some great content to the course covered in a short space of time. Back to the self responsibility to ensure I revisit and reflect and put plans in place

I think it is difficult to get a balance between the pace and the covering content, covering theory and allowing discussion and how we can apply the theory into the workplace. I think we wouldn't mind a longer day to ensure we have time to discuss.
