Good session overall with actions for self development.
It would be good for these course to continue on into 2021
Good course and not something I've really thought about, like the definition of sponsor and mentors and differences. Struggled a bit with the model and think I possibly ended up in the wrong box after reviewing the materials more. Really like the bit about the personal CV and the guest speak is always helpful. Also thought Pauls examples of real life examples were great like the sponsor who got him a role so he could control him in that new role.
Great to take 4 hours out to remind myself of the things I need to do/think about
