This course was exactly what I needed without knowing I needed it…. Thought provoking and reflective. The final session has made me realise how much I’ve grown as a manager and as an individual. It has helped me understand the importance of self awareness, adaptability and providing clarity. I now feel more confident in making strategic decisions and empowering my team. Mark and David are two of the best I have ever worked with and they have helped me realise that leadership is not just about managing tasks but inspiring others - right people, right behaviours and right environment.
